The Mahaffey Apartment Company, owners and managers of over 8,000 apartment units in Central Florida is looking for a Full-time Resident Services staff member.

Theis position is located at our community in Lakeland – Carlton Arms of Lakeland – on Shepherd Rd a couple minutes west of Florida Ave.

Carlton Arms of Lakeland provides its residents with luxurious country living within easy range of the city and its excitement. Carlton Arms is lead by people who have been with the organization since the community started construction – 1991.

Resident Services Staff:
If hired, you would be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Attend Front Entrance Pavilion and monitor vehicle traffic entering community
• Answering phone calls relating to resident questions, complaints and service request
• Circulate community in a golf cart and walking
• Respond to resident nuisance calls
• Maintain peaceful living environment for residents

Job Specifics:

• Friday – 2pm – 10 pm
• Wednesday/Thursday/Saturday/Sunday – 10pm-6am
• 1 week vacation after one year
• 2 weeks vacation after two years and above
• Personal/Sick days on an escalating basis up to 5 per year
